Privacy Policy
The GDPR guarantees you rights over your personal data. Your data belongs to you: Never Forget never sells, rents, or shares your information for commercial purposes.
Data Collected
The following data is collected when using Never Forget:
- Account credentials (email address, encrypted password)
- Personal content (tasks, lists, routines, celebrations, health tracking, documents, notes, recipes, this week's reading)
- Display and language preferences
If you contact us through the contact form (accessible without an account), the information you provide — name, email address, message — is used solely to reply to you. It is sent by email and is not stored in our database.
Purpose of Processing
The data collected is used solely to provide the Never Forget service: authentication, synchronization, and display of your personal data. It is not used for any commercial or advertising purposes.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Account deletion, available from Profile → Delete my account, results in the permanent and irreversible deletion of all your data.
Data Sharing
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
It is hosted and processed by Supabase (database and authentication), acting as a data processor. Supabase stores data on servers compliant with current security standards.
Emails sent by the application — password resets, account-deletion confirmations, replies to a message sent through the contact form — are delivered by Resend, acting as a data processor for transactional email delivery.
The sharing link is disabled by default. If you choose to enable it from your profile, your entire dashboard becomes accessible to anyone with the link: tasks, lists, routines, celebrations, health, documents, notes, recipes, and this week's reading. Visitors can view and modify this data (create, edit, delete) just as you can, but cannot access your profile or account information. You can disable the link at any time from your profile.

Cookies
Never Forget uses only technically necessary cookies for authentication (user session and language preference). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are placed on your device.
Security
Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Communications between your browser and the servers are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to your data is protected by authentication and strict database-level security policies.
