Groceries

The list you write, and the list you shop

Never Forget keeps the two moments apart: at home you add what has run out; in the shop you tick off what you take. Nothing to copy across.

No card required. Groceries are part of the free plan, with no limit.

A list built for the shop

Your categories, your order

You file your items under the categories you create. The list is shown grouped the same way, at home and in the shop.

Several lists

The weekly shop, the market, the hardware store: each has its own, and you open the one that fits.

Quantities on the spot

In shop mode every item carries a + / − counter. You set the quantity while you are doing the shopping.

Two moments, two screens

One button switches between the two screens. In the shop, the add form and the search box step aside: all that is left is your list, in full-width rows, with a tick box and a quantity counter.

On the way out, "Finish" closes the trip: ticked items leave the list, anything you could not find stays on it for next time, and the quantities go back to zero.

Nothing to set up, three gestures to learn

  1. Add the item, choose its category
  2. On arrival, switch to "Shop"
  3. Tick off, then "Finish" on the way out

What it costs

The shopping list in full: unlimited items, your own categories, shop mode, as many lists as you want. No card, no time limit.

What Pro adds is elsewhere: unlimited themed lists, routines, health tracking, documents — and opening the groceries to someone else. €39 a year.

Common questions

Is the shopping list really free?
Yes, entirely, with no cap on items or lists. What the Pro plan unlocks is elsewhere: themed lists, routines, health tracking, documents, and opening the groceries to someone else.
How do I share the list with someone?
From your sharing settings you generate a link and a code. The person opens them and can add items, tick them off and set quantities, without creating an account. Opening the Groceries section takes the Pro plan; a free board shares its tasks.
Why do quantities disappear after shopping?
Because a quantity belongs to one particular trip. Without that reset, last week’s "3" would come back on the day you only want one. The item’s name does not move.
Can I have several shopping lists?
As many as you like, at no extra cost — the week, the market, a dinner party. The open list is remembered from one device to the next, so you find the right one when you get to the shop.

Your next list, without the paper

Add three items and you will know whether it suits you.
