Tasks

Stop keeping your to-do list in your head

Never Forget sorts your tasks by date: what’s overdue, what’s due today, what can wait. And if you give a task a time, a reminder arrives an hour before.

Unlimited tasks and reminders included in the free plan.

The date does the sorting

Overdue first

A task past its date moves to the top of the list, with the number of days it’s late. Hard to keep forgetting.

Then today

Everything due today fits on one screen. It’s the only list you need to look at when you wake up.

What comes back

A recurring task recreates itself at whatever rhythm you choose: every day, certain days of the week, or every month.

Completed tasks move to the bottom of the list, crossed out. They don’t disappear.

What comes back every week

A recurring task never has to be rewritten. You create it once — Tuesdays and Fridays, the 1st of every month, or every day — and it reappears on the right date by itself. Ticking off today’s doesn’t clear next week’s: every occurrence has its own checkbox.

Search instead of filing

Past fifty tasks you stop filing and start searching. The search bar and the category filter find a task in two seconds — more useful than a folder system nobody keeps up to date.

Shared with whoever you want

A single link is enough to open your tasks to someone: your partner, a colleague, a relative giving you a hand. They see the list and can tick tasks off, without creating an account. Sharing is included in the free plan.

What it costs

Free

Unlimited tasks, with due dates, recurrence, categories, reminders and sharing. No credit card and no time limit: reminders are the whole point of the app, so they are not held back for the paid plan.

Pro — €5 a month

The Pro plan adds the rest: step-by-step routines, unlimited themed lists, medication tracking, documents with expiry dates. €39 a year.

Common questions

Are tasks really unlimited on the free plan?
Yes, with their due dates, recurrence, categories, reminders and sharing. The free plan’s limits are on other parts of the app: 1 themed list, 2 medications and 3 documents.
Do I need to install anything to get reminders?
The app runs straight in your browser, on computer and on phone. To receive notifications you need to add it to your phone’s home screen: about ten seconds, with no app store involved.
What happens to overdue tasks?
They stay at the top of the list, with the number of days they’re late, until you tick them off or change their date. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Can I use the app offline?
A connection is needed to sync your data between devices. Once installed on your phone, the app opens instantly and picks your data back up as soon as the network returns.
